Downloads aren't working

If you're having trouble with downloads, try the following steps. First, when you launch the program, press the Menu button and select Downloads.  Next to each download should be an error message. If you are seeing error 492, this error means the file system is full or disk is missing. This is the most common problem and you can fix this by changing the Download folder. Go back to the main search screen, press Menu, and select Settings. Select the Preferences tab and find the download folder setting. EZ Usenet defaults to the /download folder on your SD card. Some phones do not have this folder, and will not allow EZ Usenet to create this folder(HTC EVO is one example).
